Here I have drawn & @DocShaner has colored what is (hopefully) the first in a series of before & after drawings of comic characters & their alter-egos.

I wanted it to look as much like the kind of pictures or illustrations (setup-wise, at least) that you’d find in a school textbook as possible. I don’t know if it worked, but it explains the very plain text.
